Scope of Works: Decorating works to interiors including spraying of M&E services

Iconic Build took on KML Decorators for the refurbishment project of 25-27 Oxford Street, 2,783 sq ft of retail space in the heart of London’s shopping district.

The KML team provided a full internal decorations package across the 6 floors of retail and office space, including bathrooms, stair wells and masonry. Our team used a range of products from Dulux Trade, Farrow and Ball and Sherwin Williams.

The KML Spray team sprayed Sherwin Williams PM71V2 on the exposed services to provide the perfect matt finish.

Attention to detail and full preparation is vital to spraying work. Our experts are vigilant at ensuring the hard work is put in prior to the application of paint to ensure the end results are immaculate.
