39-40 Lowndes Square is home to one of the most expensive properties in the world. It is made up of 8 high quality residential units in the garden square of Belgravia.
Project Crown was a high-end residential fit out of apartments in Belgravia, London. The apartments provided exclusive living at premium prices within one of the most expensive postcodes in the UK. As such this job was executed to the highest of standards that KML are known for. The job involved the decorating of the internal areas of the 8 apartments, including a show apartment. Attention to detail was key as elements of the decorating package were of high value, like the bespoke wallpaper valued in the region of £15,000.
KML also undertook the decorating of the external façade of the building. This involved working at heights on scaffolding that scaled the entire front face of the property.
