Berkeley Square

Scope of Works: All internal decorations across two floors of office space, including wall coverings

25 Berkeley Square, is an impressive Edwardian office development located in Mayfair, London. Offering, Grade A office space arranged as a mixture of meeting rooms, private offices and open- plan accommodation.

KML Decorators were engaged by Peldon Rose to work on behalf of two financial clients situated on separate floors of the building and both undergoing a Cat A fit outs.

For both projects KML worked with Farrow & Ball and Dulux Trade Products to decorate the heritage areas of the building as well as the more modern spaces.

Both clients also required precision hanging of deluxe wallpaper in their entrance areas to create impact as clients entered the offices.

Our team of wall coverings experts always ensure that wallpaper is checked ahead of hanging for imperfections or batch inconsistencies, then the wallpaper is cut and hung accurately and seamlessly. We also strive to match perfectly and create as little waste as possible for our clients and the environment.
