Dandi, Wembley is a mixed-use development in Wembley, London. It underwent a 36-million-pound redevelopment from a former office building into residential ‘micro living’ apartments. Providing up to 368 private residences for rental and the addition of two more stories at the top of the development which became communal areas, office and event spaces.

The Developer is Dukelease, the Architect is MAA Architects and the Development Manager is Ernest Park.

Ernest Park commissioned KML Decorators to handle the decorating works needed across 368 apartments, communal areas, office space, restaurant, bar areas and stairways in this multi-storey development. The team were tasked with painting all walls, ceilings, and woodwork, as well as spraying of M&E services. With so many apartments and levels to work on, the task required a constant presence on site over 24 months.
